《Food Made Good 評鑑指標》現在有繁體中文版了!——來自SRA的重大消息

The Food Made Good Standard is now available in Traditional Chinese! —— BIG NEWS FROM THE SRA

The Food Made Good Standard is the only global sustainability accreditation designed for the hospitality industry – and we’re thrilled to announce that businesses can now sign up to complete the process in Traditional Chinese! This marks the fourth language for the Standard, which is also available in English, Spanish and Japanese.

Food Made Good 規範準則是全球唯一一個專為餐飲服務業設計的可持續發展認證系統。我們非常高興地宣布,現在業界現可透過繁體中文版頁面來申請有關認證。這是該規範準則的第四種語言版本,另外三種語言分別是英語、西班牙語和日語。
 

綠色餐飲指南推出新網頁「綠色採購」,為供應商、小農、企業和綠餐服務的有機友善媒合系統。


At an Awards ceremony on 27th August in the Grand Hyatt Taipei, our Taiwanese partners, Green Dining Guide, launched the new language option on the Standard platform, unveiled their new website and awarded the staff restaurant at Wistron NeWeb Corporation (WNC) 啓碁科技股份有限公司 – the first Taiwanese business to complete the Food Made Good Standard in Traditional Chinese – with two stars (out of a maximum possible three). 

我們的台灣合作夥伴綠色餐飲指南(Green Dining Guide),在8月27日於台北君悅酒店舉行的頒獎典禮上,正式發佈Food Made Good規範準則平台的繁體中文版本,並展示了他們的新網站。此外,也頒發了證書給啓碁科技股份有限公司員工餐廳,啓碁科技是台灣第一間透過繁體中文版Food Made Good規範準則完成申請的台灣企業,他們獲得了二星認證(最高三星)。

The Food Made Good Standard takes a big-picture, holistic view of what sustainability should mean for the hospitality industry and is awarded to F&B businesses around the world that meet a set of rigorous, measurable criteria across three main focus areas: Sourcing, Society and Environment. The accreditation aims to encourage, support and recognise sustainability practices across the F&B industry worldwide.

Food Made Good規範準則從宏觀、全方位角度審視可持續發展對餐飲服務業的意義,該認證授予全球符合一系列嚴格且可衡量標準的餐飲企業,並涵蓋三大重點領域:採購、社會責任與環境保護。此認證旨在鼓勵、支持並表彰全球餐飲業的可持續性實踐。

The SRA’s mission is to drive positive change through the hospitality industry worldwide. With a presence on the ground in Hong Kong and partnerships with Green Dining Guide in Taiwan and SRA-J in Japan, our team is seeing incredible change begin to take place across the APAC region, with the desire to build sustainable food systems for the future taking root.
